Known as the “Queen City of the Platte,” Evans, Colorado entered the oil and gas industry in the 1900’s, with the first gas well being drilled in the D-J basin in 1901 in Boulder County, Colorado. Today Evans is in Weld County and is in the heart of the largest oil production facilities in the state of Colorado. Oil and gas production remains a big part of Evans economy due to its central location in the D-J basin for production, processing, service, and supply hub.
Downing’s Evans, Colorado facility, located on Industrial Parkway, is strategically located in the middle of the D-J Basin where we provide frac rentals, wellhead systems, and production services. We have pressure testing capacity, service fleet and perform a variety of oilfield support services to address the ever-changing pressure control needs of our customers throughout the region. .
