Freedom Series products are predicated on safer, simpler, more cost effective operations. Downing’s Freedom Series (FS) Tubing Head replaces locking pins with Downing’s proprietary latch system, eliminating associated safety risks (pins blowing out, leak paths, and technicians in the cellar). When used in conjunction with the MB-4 or DSH-2 internal latch wellhead systems, ALL locking pins are eliminated from the wellhead system.
