Customer Property inventory management is critical to well operations.  From large bore valves to production trees, Downing provides a comprehensive system for tracking, repairing, and re-deploying your customer property.   

How it works

All items in the Customer Property program are assigned a CMI number (customer material in) and stored at a Downing facility.  This CMI number references the well name and number it came from.  When the operator is ready to re-deploy the equipment, Downing branch personnel inspect and test the equipment.  Downing notifies you of any required repairs to either repair or replace the equipment.  Once repaired, the equipment is assigned a CMO (customer material out) number, referencing the prior assigned CMI number and the well the equipment is to be installed on, providing full traceability of all managed equipment.
