The Downing off-line cement system saves hours of rig time by enabling the operator to move the rig to the next well while cementing on the current well, saving valuable rig time.  Downing’s system allows the cementing operations to be conducted after drilling is complete, casing installed, and the rig moved to the next well, saving up to 12 hours of rig time.
